Tiffany Riley graduated from Lee University in 2011 with a double major in health science and psychology. Upon graduation, she pursued a special interest in event planning which ultimately led to her working alongside CMA event planners and at a record label in Nashville. In 2013, Tiffany moved back home to Cleveland, tennessee. She then attained a teaching degree in special education, while working on the weekends- creating events for loved ones and friends. What started as a part-time hobby, quickly became her lifelong passion. Tiffany is currently a special education teacher by day and a wedding coordinator by night. She jokingly proclaims herself as a "chaos coordinator." Tiffany has a passion for empowering women and helping them feel their most confident and beautiful on their wedding day. What you will love most about Tiffany is her loving and calm demeanor- she will be your center of peace amidst the chaos. Tiffany joined willow falls resort in 2021.
Kendra Byler graduated from Lee University and attended Tennessee Wesleyan University. She has over 15 years of customer services experience. She specializes in wedding coordination and event planning. Her and her husband, Michael, are youth leaders at their church in Cleveland, Tennessee. Kendra has a passion and love for helping others. What you will love most about Kendra is her loving and kind spirit, infectious laugh, and innate ability to connect with anyone. Kendra has been with Willow Falls Resort since day one starting in 2019.
Amy Flanigan is the owner and founder of Willow Falls Resort. Her and her husband, John purchased Willow Falls in 2019 and have relentlessly built a beautiful destination for everyone to enjoy. Amy is a former dental hygienist, now business owner and has never looked back. She attended Chattanooga State and University of Tennessee. What she loves most about being a wedding venue owner is meeting people from all over the country. "It is a both a joy and an honor to work with such a variety of couples. With every couple that books with us, we have a chance to learn and grow from this experience.
